As a part of my day job, I have handcrafted horizontally scalable , distributed , low latency web
platforms which has been used 'as a service' by other systems as
well as clients. These modular platforms are scalable under load and have low memory footprint.
In my free time I create open source softwares, take part in competitive programming and Hackathons.

Morgan Stanley Document Platform
This is an intelligent platform which uses technologies like Support Vector Machine Classifier, Regular Expressions, REST Webservices and NoSql Marklogic Database to derive meaningful information out of scanned images.
SAP Collaboration Platform
This platform is used by SAP Ariba buyers and sellers to have conversation on Purchase Orders, Invoices , ASN etc. This platform was built on spring boot and microservices. The platform had the capability to seve multiple types of clients, be it web or mobile or another system.
Credit Suissie Trading Platform
This Platform was used by Credit Suissie to extract and analyze data of the Equity Transactions at end of day. This is an intellijent planform which had multiple parameters to detect anomalies in daily data as well as detect incorrect records.
HDFC Insurance Platform
This platform was aimed at HDFC Life Insurance Underwriters. It was used by the client to analyze various attributes of an insurance quote, analyze and allocate riders as well as accept and reject a quote. This platform was also capable to present a consolidated view of an insurance application to the Underwriters.
Aditya Birla RMS Platform
This platform was used by Adity Birla Retail to manage master data of the thousands of SKUs for their retail channel. Also this platform had the capability to consume CSV files and update master data records on a daily basis. This platform was had a high availability low latency behaviour which handled highly critical data for the company.

Manju Prasad
He is one of the passionate developers I have ever worked with. He has a never-ending carving towards
learning new technologies and experimenting with those. I was very impressed seeing his hackathon
projects. The projects were designed in a very professional manner by considering even the minute design
details.
The best part I like about Tapadyuti is his down-to-earth attitude. He is always ready to learn from
others even if he knows better. He also goes that extra mile to help others in the team. That makes him a
very good team player.
I very much enjoy working with him and recommending him for bigger roles.

Tapo(as Tapadyuti was popularly known in the team) is a very intelligent and matured person. He has this ability to get the big picture while solving problems which directly affects the quality of solution he provides. His command on technology (be it JAVA, Oracle forms, SQL/PLSQL) is excellent. He was an asset to the team, showed a lot of dedication towards his work. A kind of person who is Manager's delight.He has just started his professional carrier, I am sure he's still got a way to go and I don't have any doubt, because of his ability to focus on his objectives, he will achieve whatever he desires.
